Restaurant.org recently interviewed Scott Wise, CEO of A Pots and Pans Production, parent company to restaurants Scotty’s Brewhouse and Thr3e Wise Men Brewing Co. They highlighted his commitment to hiring people with disabilities and his partnership with The Arc of Indiana Foundation and EGTI. The story is accompanied by a video which, in addition to showcasing Wise and his mantra of “we hire everybody,” also includes interviews with The Arc of Indiana Executive Director, Kim Dodson, and EGTI Director, Megan Stevenson. The video features several EGTI students currently in training at Thr3e Wise Men Brewing Co. in Muncie and some of its graduates now employed by Wise’s restaurant.
