Grace is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in Psychology. Growing up with an older sibling with Down syndrome, Grace’s personal experiences have inspired her in her career choices. Prior to joining the EGTI team, Grace worked as a direct support professional for a service provider for individuals with disabilities.
