Remember Brendan and Heather? Our North Vernon, IN grads decided to make a bold move to relocated to Indianapolis for more job opportunities, access to public transportation and to build their independent lives together. They recently located and moved into their own apartment with the assistance of AccessABILITY Center for Independent Living. They’re ramping up their job search and we hope to report more good news on their progress soon!
Riley Hospital for Children employed one of our Session 1 grads, Zach, in the Environmental Services (housekeeping) division. He has been working full time since April. What’s new? Zach recently moved into his own apartment and is successfully pursuing his goals to work and live on his own. Way to go, Zach!
