We are pleased to share that Mark Bauer has joined The Arc of Indiana Foundation as director of major gifts. He brings his experience of more than 25 years in lead fundraising roles, ranging from community-based and international non-profits, to major universities, hospitals, and state government. He most recently completed more than 13 years as president and CEO of the Lambda Chi Alpha Educational Foundation.

In his role as major gifts officer Mark will be responsible for major gift philanthropy to magnify the impact of The Arc of Indiana Foundation across Indiana and specifically for Erskine Green Training Institute, the first of its kind postsecondary vocational training program in the country. He will be leading outreach and building relationships to ensure a new era of investments in the future of the lives of individuals served by the foundation.
