Class Schedule

Each training session provides students a choice of three to four positions they may wish to pursue. Students may choose only one track per session.

2017

Session 2 — April 3 – June 30, 2017 (13 weeks)

  • Front Desk Agent (Hotel)
  • Prep Cook (Restaurant)
  • Server (Restaurant)

Session 3 — July 31 – October 6, 2017 (10 weeks)

  • Housekeeping: Heart of the House (Hotel)
  • Dishwasher/Server Assistant (Restaurant)
  • Environmental Services (Healthcare)
  • Nutrition Services (Healthcare)

Session 4 — October 16 – December 22, 2017 (10 weeks)

  • Housekeeping: Heart of the House (Hotel)
  • Host/Server Assistant (Restaurant)
  • Nutrition Services (Healthcare)
  • Patient Transport (Healthcare)
  • Supply Chain: Inventory Distribution (Healthcare)

Holidays

Students will not have class if a training session occurs during the following holidays. Students may choose to go home for the three day weekend or remain at the hotel.

  • Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following Thanksgiving Day
    • STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO GO HOME DURING THE FOUR DAY WEEKEND. STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE OUT OF THE HOTEL BY 6 P.M. ON THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND CANNOT RETURN UNTIL 4 P.M. ON THE SUNDAY BEFORE CLASS RESUMES.
