Dr. Linda FinkeProfessor of Nursing and Executive Director of Health Clinics and Special Projects (Behavioral Health and Family Studies Institute), Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne, Retired

Linda serves as the Executive Director of Health Clinics and Special Programs, as well as a professor in the College of Health and Human Services at Indiana Purdue Fort Wayne. She oversees the IPFW Center for Healthy Living; Campus Clinic and Wellness Programs and the IPFW Lafayette Street Family Health Clinic.

James M. Hammond, III, Retired Business Executive

Jim brings insight to the field of disability services with decades of experience and commitment to Indiana’s citizens with disabilities. He worked at community-based nonprofits until he was recruited by INARF (Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities), where he recently retired as President and CEO after 34 years.

Secretary

Jean Renk, Government and Community Relations Manager, Duke EnergyIndianapolis, IN

Jean facilitates the government and community relations activities for four counties in the company’s central Indiana service territory. These counties include Hendricks, Johnson, Hancock and Shelby. Prior to joining Duke Energy, Jean served as a business development associate with Schmidt Associates along with being a registered lobbyist, focusing on business advocacy and health care.

Treasurer

Jennifer Schrier, Director of Finance and Systems, Central Indiana Community Foundation, Indianapolis, IN

Jennifer oversees the day-to-day administration of CICF’s investments and information technology systems. A licensed CPA, Jennifer has a wealth of experience working with nonprofits. She was an auditor of nonprofit organizations with BKD, LLP for nine years and a controller for the Indianapolis Museum of Art for 2.5 years prior to joining CICF.

Debbie Bennett, CEO, Hillcroft Services, Muncie, IN

Debbie leads Hillcroft Services, Inc. as they provide residential, employment, and community support services to individuals with disabilities in a seven county area in East Central Indiana. She leads a team that spans four offices and serves almost 800 people per year.

Diana Caldwell, Co-founder, President and CEO of Pearl Pathways, Indianapolis, IN

Diana is an accomplished and recognized life science business leader with over 25 years of business experience. As President and CEO of Pearl Pathways, a comprehensive life science product development consulting services company, she oversees all business operations, business development, legal, and financial functions.  As the proud parent of a child with disabilities, Diana welcomes the opportunity to contribute to the success of EGTI.

Jeffrey Huffman, Founder and Head Coach, Huffman Healthcare and Disability Consulting, Noblesville, IN

Jeff was raised in a family business that owned and operated three restaurants and learned the business from the ground up. Having a son born with Down syndrome gave him the opportunity to leave the for-profit world for the nonprofit sector. He served as the CEO of a nonprofit disability provider and used this knowledge to start a consulting firm.

April Pyatt, Partner, Ice Miller, LLP, Indianapolis, IN

April’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisition, disposition, development, redevelopment, leasing, financing, operation and management of office, industrial, multi-family and retail projects across the United States.

Cody Mullen, Network Development Coordinator, Indiana Rural Health Association, Terre Haute, IN

Cody is a valued team member of IRHA which works to enhance the health and well-being of rural Hoosiers through leadership, education, advocacy, collaboration, and resource development.  In addition, he is an Adjunct Faculty at Ivy Tech Community College and a doctoral candidate at IUPUI in Health Policy and Management.

Jared QuarlesAssistant Executive Director, Future Choices, Inc., Muncie, IN

Jared was inspired by a passion to create opportunities for minorities and people with disabilities to enjoy a full-fledged life of independence in an integrated and safe community.  He also coaches AAU Basketball and has helped multiple players reach the NBA.
